Weight loss and healing is something that a lot of clients inquire about and I can completely understand why. With so many things out there for weight loss in general it is hard to know what to do and not to do. The old standard was simply eat less and exercise more. But honestly times have changed and so have our bodies. This is old school mentality and it is not just about how much you eat and how much you exercise, as there is so much more that goes into it than that!
We are not just eating food. We are processing the food we take in and how this is processed is much different from person to person. Yes it all goes into our mouth, we chew this and the food proceeds down to our stomachs and starts the wonderful digestion process (well actually this starts with our chewing but you know what I mean). I am talking about how each and every person's body processes the food they intake. Some people can eat anything and stay the same weight and other people struggle even when they watch what they eat. Why is this? Because of how or body is processing it, what we are eating to make it worse, what we are eating to make it better and the issues we are holding within our energy fields can cause even more issues for this.
So what can be done with healing work for weight loss? It is simple actually, as many people overlook a lot of things that can be done. The first, and very first thing you need to do is listen to your body. It is telling you what is going on. You need to listen to this when you are eating and after you as well. How did the food make you feel? Did you get bloated? Did you feel full? Did you feel hungry? Did you have stomach pains? What exactly did you eat and drink? You have to listen to your body. Some people can handle certain foods and other's can't. When you feel bloated after eating, most likely it is not how much you ate, but rather what you ate (unless you know you massively over ate at a particular meal). So does that mean you can't even have a certain thing to eat again if it made you bloated. I'm not saying that, as you have to heal the body and the correct the energy flow first and then have this food in moderation.
When we have issues going on like this in the body they can hold onto weight, cause us to not feel well and can spawn into other health problems. This is when we also need to look at what is going on within our energy fields here holding issues back. With this are you an emotional eater? What is your problem is just the last 15 lbs you want to lose? Maybe you are dealing with trauma that is holding onto something from the past? Each person is different and how this affects their energy as well as physical body. Weight loss is just one area of this.
So how do you go about fixing it all. Honestly you have to find the root cause of the issues on an energetic level and listen to your body on a physical level. Work on the problems within your energy fields to remove them, balance the energy flow for them and get everything back to free flowing energy. Watch the foods you are eating and try and make healthy choices. If you really want that hamburger, than have it on a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. If you really want ice cream, opt for a juice bar instead. If you really enjoy milkshakes check into smoothies with coconut water and fresh fruit. All of these small and minor tweaks can make HUGE impacts on the physical body, digestion and energy flow. You don't have to go overboard but just small changes here and there.
