Sexual energy and healing is not something to be afraid or ashamed of as we all have sexual energy in our energy fields. Our sexual energy pattern within our energy fields deals with the majority of this energy flow and this expands and connects in with our chakra points, aura fields, energetic alignment, lower physical body, etc. Sexual energy, however, is not something a lot of people talk about as this is commonly taboo for a lot of people and cultures. Sexual energy and healing is not taboo as it is simply working on the issues here you may have within your energy fields for an underactive sex drive, overactive sex drive or an imbalance in the energy flow or connection points.

When working on your own sexual energy there are a few things you can do from the comfort of your own home. You can work with energy healing, crystal healing, sound healing, affirmations, prayer healing and meditation as well. I will go over some of them here for you today so you can get started. Please do remember some of these methods take longer than other's to manifest as some are better at removing blockages or energy anchors, other's at negative energy flow, other's at repairing leaks, so it is best to work with some of these issues for your sexual energy pattern as well as all of your connecting areas for this pattern, as if you have an issue within your sexual energy pattern but let's say you have a blockage in one of your connecting chakra points this can slow things down too. So it is best to work on not only the sexual energy pattern but ALSO the connecting areas for this.

Crystal Healing: For sexual healing and crystal therapy healing you want to make sure you get good quality crystals (this is something you should do with any type of crystal healing) and work with Red Jasper, Orange Carnelian, Rose Quartz and Smoky Quartz. These are ones you can cleanse first, program them with your intention and massage them over your lower abdomen, inner thighs and pubic bone as well to get the energy flowing here for these area.

Prayer Healing: "I pray (meditate) and ask the Universe (Divine Spirit/God) to help me heal my sexual energy issues with (fill in the blank). Please help remove any problem areas and damaged issues, please refill my energy fields with positive flowing sexual energy as I am open to healing these issues. I acknowledge and take responsibility for everything that I express outward and focus on inward and understand that these problems can manifest, so will strive to hold a positive mindset in all areas of my life. I thank you for all of the positive sexual energy and am open to receiving this now and in the future."

Sound Healing: For sound healing you want to work with a Tibetan Bowl with the sound of C or D to correspond to your root and sacral chakra points. Some work with just the root chakra and some work with just the sacral chakra. However the sexual energy pattern is connected in to both areas and have found that working with both helps this balance the energy flow. If you need to connect in the heart chakra to this as well than include a Tibetan Bowl with the sound of F for this.

Meditation: When in your meditative state you want to work on focusing your energy for your sexual energy pattern within your energy fields. You can also call upon your angels or guides to assist with this as well.

Energy Healing: When working on your sexual energy pattern within your energy fields you want to make sure to not only correct any issues within this pattern but also for all connecting areas. These are a main issue for many people as they work on their sexual energy pattern, but don't work on any connecting areas and then they start to have problems again. This is why and you need to work on the root problem and get all of the areas. If you are having negative energy flowing in from other sources it is just a matter of time before this area has negative issues again, so you want to get ALL connecting areas here when working with energy healing for this issue.
