It is believed in alot of cultures, especially the shamanic types of work, that everyone has one or more power animals. Power animals are their guardians for healing types of work as well as are similiar to guardian spirits.

These power animals are the source of one's personal power level on an energetic level as well as when traveling into other realms. When one suffers from lack of energy and becomes dispirited, it can be from a power loss. This can be from the loss of connection with one or more of their power animals. One main reason for this is because they are not honoring their strengths that are represented by that animal.

During a Power Animal Retrieval session, Nicole Lanning (or one of the instructors) will reconnect the person with their power animal. This session can also be done to introduce the power animal to the person who may not have known which animal was their power animal. Nicole only recommends doing this session for those who have lost the connection with their animals or for those who are having a struggling time connecting with them.

After the sesion, a report of which power animal(s) has been reconnected to your energy fields and re-introduced as well as the attributes that this power animal can not welcome into your life. Please do acknowledge them and their presences and work with their attributes so that the connection will remain stable and intact!
