Payment Plans

Here are Healing Art Forms we do offer payment options for amounts over $500. By requesting a payment plant through Healing Art Forms Institute, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following:

Client agrees to pay for entire course(s) through the Healing Art Forms Institute payment plan negotiated between themself and one of our administrators, or the founder Nicole Lanning.
Payment plans are only made available to those who are given permission in advance.
Upon review of the client's circumstances, a payment plan will be arranged that suits his/her personal and financial situation.
Each payment plan is different and unique for the individual and their purchases, so for each new payment plan, please contact us about this in advance to be considered.
Each payment plan is designed especially for the program(s) the client wants. There are no changes/substitions to the program(s) once you have started taking them.
We require that the first payment be a larger down payment, and your remaining payments are paid monthly.
All payments will be a broken down and shown in a total, for all parties to mutually agree upon before starting program(s) or session(s).
Course materials will be sent out after the client's downpayment has been received. However spiritual & holistic healings/blessings will not be performed until the balance is paid in full.
Certification will be held until the balance is paid in full.
Balances can be paid off at any time by notifying us at HealingArtForms@aol.com prior to payment being sent.
We only accept Paypal transactions for payment of healings, blessings, accredited programs, degree programs, and seminars.
If your payment is not made before the calendar month ends, a $25 late fee will be added to the payment and a new invoice will be sent, along with your current month's payment that is due. Late fees will be added per month for each month you fail to make payment for a maximum total of 6 months. All payments and late fees must be paid in full to receive certifications or degrees.
Faliure to make payments and late fees for six months will cause your account to become inactive at Healing Art Forms Institute. No refunds, credits, or certifications will be issued.
