We are an online institute, so please do note that 99.9% of our work is done distantly. Our accredited programs and online degree programs are done in the privacy of your own home. Tests and email support and case studies are all completed online through emails and chat sessions. Healings, blessings, and attunements are all performed through an energy connection during meditation sessions. None of them are done via phone, email, chat or internet connection. There are no exceptions, as we cannot answer emails, chats, phone calls while in our meditation and shaman trance sessions.

Email is our quickest way of responding to questions, comments and responses. If you have a question about a holistic healing, energy healing instruction, holistic health home study course, guided audios or anything else, feel free to contact us. We will answer as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours.

If you have a specific questions for a specific instructor, please put their name in the subject line of your email along with the basic question. Example: "Nicole Lanning - Question about healing session"

Phone calls will only be answered when we ARE NOT working on a previously scheduled in session, such as an attunement, healing, blessing, etc - as we cannot be interrupted during these sessions. Please leave a message if you wish to have your questions answered.

Frequently Asked Questions

These courses/sessions are all privacy protected, as no information will be shared about accredited programs, courses, counseling, energy work or reading sessions. All questions will be answered, regarding any kind of energy work, spiritual counseling, healing, courses, intuitive readings, etc.

Q: Where are you located and how do you perform your sessions?

Q: Who are you accredited through? Do you have proof of your accrediations?

A: Nicole Lanning and Healing Art Forms are accredited through World Metaphysical Association and International Natural Healers Association. She is a lifetime member of both associations, personally invited to have lifetime memberships by both of the Associations Founders due to her education in energy healing instruction, holistic healing, holistic health home study courses, ministy work, personal referances and cliental status. Each of the instructors certifications are checked out and verified before working through Healing Art Forms.

Q: What will I receive with an accredited program?

A: You will receive all of the information listed for each appropriate program. You can receive your materials either through email or USPS, your choice listed on each page. After your course completetion you will also receive your certification sent via USPS.

Q: Are these traditional college degress?

A: No, Healing Art Forms is a non-traditional spiritual school and credits from us through our accredited programs may or may not be accepted by other colleges. You will need to check with the college you wish to transfer or receive credits for in advance.

Q: When and how will I receive my certification for my accredited program?

A: You will receive your certification from HealingArtForms Institute via USPS and handsigned by Nicole Lanning, the founder. Certificates are sent out once the entire course has been complete in all area; case studies/exams/written submissions/attunements.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept or how can I pay for my accredited and degree programs or healings/blessings?

A: We currently accept all major credit cards via phone or email orders, as well as Paypal transaction payments for degree programs, accredited programs, healings, and blessings. All Paypal transactions are completed with a receipt of payment from Paypal. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted at this time.

Q: Do you offer Lifetime Support?

A: Absolutely! This is one issue Nicole is very strongly influenced by when starting HealingArtForms from the ground up is customer relations and support. There is lifetime support for any and all issues, whether you are a current client or not. If you have a questions, feel free to ask as Nicole or one of the other teachers will be more then happy to answer any and all concerns you may have to the fullest extent of their abilitiy.

Q: What is your Refund Policy?

A: All sales are final for healings, blessings, attunements, accredited programs, degree programs, seminars and book orders. If you are not satisfied with your session (attunement, healing, blessing) please contact us and we will be happy to schedule in another session free of charge with your choice of instructor. All sales are final on course programs, due to the material being sent, instructors teaching the programs and charges occured.

Q: What do you need to perform attunements, spiritual healing, blessings, treatments or readings?

A: All that is needed is your full name, location and a picture if you have one. Nothing else is needed.

Q: How are your distant healings and blessings completed?

A: We perform each and every healing and blessing with a real time connection. This make sure that each session is done properly with a connection made on an energetic level, as well as the appropriate procedures are completed, the session is closed and a disconnection is made. Each session is done distantly! Healings and blessings are all performed through an energy connection during meditation sessions. None of them are perfomed via phone, email, chat or internet connection. There are no exceptions, as we cannot answer emails, chats, or phone calls while in our meditation and shaman trance sessions.

Q: Will I receive anything after my healing or blessing session?
A: Yes, you will receive an email report of what was completed during your session, what was performed and what types of energy work were used.

Q: What are the effects of the healing and blessing sessions?

A: To answer this would be almost impossible, as each session is different, as well as each person's individual needs and energetic desires are different - so each person's reactions and responses to these sessions are different. Feel free to read the feedback and testimonials on the individual pages for more information, or feel free to contact us.

Q: What do I do first for distant attunements?

A: First and foremost, please read your manual before scheduling any attunements. A lot of questions will be answered in the manuals. If there is something you are unsure of, please feel free to contact me as that is what I am here for.

Second after reading your material, let us know when you wish to schedule in your session. Sessions can be done via chiball or real time connections.

If you wish to have the attunement sent in a chiball instead of a real time connection, let me know and I will prepare the chiball for you and let you know when this is ready to receive. For a chiball attunement/initiation/empowerment, all you have to do is once you are in a relaxed, or meditative state of mind, simply “call in” your attunement/initiation/empowerment. A general way of doing this is to simply state “I am now ready to receive (name of attunement/initiation/empowerment) from (name of teacher) for the highest good of all. Thank you.” This will actiate the chiball and the attunement/initiation/empowerment session will begin.

Thirdly, once the attunement begins, just relax and let everything go. If images come to mind, or past issues, acknowledge them and let them go. Attunements can bring up past issues to help ease things and situations in your life.

Attunement sessions can take anywhere from 30-60 min to complete. Once your attunement is over with, you 'feel' it has stopped, please do some self healing and drink plenty of water - between the two this helps the physical, spiritual and emotional levels to help process the new energy and deal with any issues that were brought to the surface.

Q: How are your distant attunements completed?

A: We perform each and every attunement, with either real time connections or via the chiball method. If there is a problem and we cannot co-ordinate our schedules, then the attunement can be sent in a ChiBall. If you request this to be done or want more information on working with ChiBalls, please let us know and we can send this as well.

Q: What can I expect during my attunement?

A: Well honestly this can vary from person to person. Some people just simply notice the energy coming in; some become very relaxed where they fall asleep; some experience colors, imagines, floating, even guides. Everyone is different and will experience different things, even with different and new energies. So there are a lot of variables to deal with - just trust in the energy and enjoy the experience.

Q: Are the any side effects of an attunement, initiation or empowerment?

A: Everyone is always different in their energy experiences, but there is a general detox that can go along with any type of energy work, whether it be an attunement/initiation/empowerment or a healing or any other work. Detox is a the clearing out of old energy patterns and can cause physical symptoms such as ones that are associated with a cold, fly, stomach upset or general aches. These can last from a few hours to a day for most people. Please do remember everyone is different and will respond to different energies in different ways though.

Q: How do I activate the energy once I am attuned?

A: This is a very simple process that a lot of people have a tendency to complicate at times. You can simply activate this by intention. You can visualize, call upon the energy or simply focus and think of this being on. Some people prefer to say “Reiki On” and include the energy form they are wanting to activate and run. It is not about the ritual behind it, but the belief, trust, knowing, sensing and working with the energy and practice. Have faith in yourself and work with the energy, as everyone is different and has their own way of working with it.
