Healing Art Forms

I must say that this past weekend’s energies were a bit much more many people, as I was flooded with emails, calls, and messages asking what the heck was going on. There was a shift causing a flood of energy to feel as if we were all in a pressure cooker. The shift was bringing in some energies that felt like the floodgates had opened and we were being taken down with all of the water. Many people were using the examples of “feeling overwhelmed” and “having the play catch-up.” I can completely understand and relate as this energy worked its way down the entire ascension ladder and got to us all in one format or another. Remember we will all being experiencing these shifts in our own way and in different areas of our lives.

Right now, it is a time of patience and understanding. It is a time for change and reflection. It is also a time for re-organizing and re-structuring. This can all feel very overwhelming and can even have that “I have to play catch up now on everything”, but it is really not about cleaning up the past or fixing anything in the prior months, but taking notice to what did change, what was there before and not now, and what has happened to bring appreciation and gratitude into your spiritual pathway in life.

So, remember to take some much-needed relaxation through this time until the energy settles a bit and that everything is happening for a reason!
