Everyone has then at some point in their life, no matter how old they are, what race they are, what occupation they are, what sex they are, etc as it really doesn’t matter – we all experience them at some point in time or another! But what can we do about them so that they are not so extreme?
The first thing to do is make sure you are not feeding into these waves and shifting of energies. We all experience some good times and bad times, as with the world having polar opposites, we could not have a good without a bad, or a positive without a negative. The thing is to embrace the good or the positive with as much love, heart energy, effort, gratitude, and appreciation that you can to start with.
What to do with the bad or the negative times? Still stay focused on the positive aspect! I know it sounds like something odd and can be hard to grasp, especially when you are right in the middle of it and you see no light at the end of the tunnel or the silver lining, but you have to have faith and believe that it is there!
When you stay focused on the positive and good times, even in the middle of the darkness, this still holds your energetic vibrational standpoint up to a high one that will attract in more positivity. What this does is help speed you through the darkness instead of wallowing within it. The darkness, negative energy, or bad vibration is still there, but it is not overwhelming and consuming which can set you back even further at times.
We can all change our lives and shape them into whatever we make this world out to be. What has to happen is an interconnectedness, a joining, and a spiritual awakening for this to happen. To stay in the positive helps shift the focus for this and we can all move up through this together!!
