Remember there are many different crystals you can use so make sure to work with the most common, but feel free to try others to see what resonates within your own energetic vibrational level. Your Heart Chakra is your fourth chakra and is located in the center of your chest. The color of the main chakra is green, but there is also a higher chakra that is attached to this via a meridian line, which is the color pink. These two chakras can work together to accomplish emotional issues, relationships, balancing emotions and internal balance. When combining the work of the minor higher chakra with the Heart Chakra more can be accomplished and obtained concerning these issues.

The appropriate crystals for the main Heart Chakra point are generally green based ones, but can also include others such as multi-colored stones for their healing purposes. The most common ones to be used at this chakra point are: Green Aventurine, Malachite, Bloodstone, Moss Agate, Peridot, and Emerald.

When working with chakra blockages of the heart chakra, you can combine both colors of the heart and the higher heart chakra to do this with a pink and green mixture. Start by holding a Quartz on each side of the heart chakra and hold Moldavite within 4 inches of the chakra area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal.
