Healing Low Self Esteem

Healing low self esteem is a problem for many people out there and I wanted to offer some help in our healing tips for the day to get you started on a positive pathway for healing low self esteem in your life. So where do you begin? Let me give you some basic pointers and then some more advanced work for you as well so you can progress through your own healing process.

 

 


Working on healing low self esteem is something that you have to work on from within at your core and soul level. Your spouse, children, friends, or parents cannot do this for you. Maybe they were a part of breaking down your self esteem issues, but it is up to you to work on healing them. You can get started with some basic exercises in your life from the comfort of your own home. The biggest one that many people enjoy working with are releasement exercises.

 

 


For releasement exercises for healing your low self esteem in your life is a matter of sitting down and writing out all of the things that you don't like about yourself.  Make a list of every single one of them and in detail. This is probably the hardest part of this exercises, but allow the emotions to come to the surface.

 

 


Once you have done this, draw a line in the center of the paper and now write out the exact opposite of the issues you dealt with. Maybe you have one that says "I feel that everything is always my fault." On the opposite column, you could write something like "I only take responsibility for my own actions, thoughts, and desires in my life." Once you have them all listed out in the columns, work on releasing one new issue each day. Some people take time to meditate, others focus on this and reprogram their mental side for this work. It is a matter of what feels best for you for your healing session.

 

 


This is a good way to get started with your basic healing level process for healing low self esteem. You can also take this up a notch and work with some energy healing methods to correct the energetic issues that have been building up within these layers. Many people start the basic exercise on their own when they receive an energy healing session. They work on one releasement issue a day during the healing process and integration time frame and by the time the completed energy has absorbed fully into their energy fields after the integration, their self esteem issues are corrected on a physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic level!
