Healing the emotional body is something many people have asked me what this is and how to go about doing this. Working on healing the emotional body grid plane is something we can work on in some simple steps, so I thought I would take a moment to type up a healing tip of the day to help explain this to everyone! There are many energetic fields, planes, dimensions, realms, layers, etc etc to work on for your healing sessions. Grid planes happen to be one of them. When you work with grid planes for healing, this is where they can show up more within your life for some direct connections.
Your emotionl grid plane deals directly with your emotional side. When your grid plane becomes blocked, damaged, ripped, torn, has stagnant energy, energetic leakage and other similar issues this is when you start to deal with some emotional issues on the physical format. Let's imagine that you happen to be someone who holds in your emotional issues and does not let them show on the surface to much. You allow them to be pushed down, buried, and suppressed.
What happens on an energetic level? You have layer upon layer building within your emotional grid plane. These issues continue to build as much as you place on them, but eventually something happens. They are so full from the continuos pressure that they leak over the side (imagine filling a cup of coffee and allowing this to continue to fill as it flows over the side), as this is just one scenario. Depending on the issues that you are suppressing, they can cause tears, rips, stagnant energy, etc as it all depends on how you, as the person, deal (or rather not deal) with the emotions as they come at you.
What can you do to change this? There are two things that work best for this process. First you can have an emotional grid cleansing session. This will work on removing all of the issues on your emotional grid plane. Second, you have to work on not suppressing your emotions, as this is what causes the issues on your grid plane. There are also other areas that your emotional issues can reside, depending on what they are dealing with (such as a blocked heart chakra, problems within your aura layers, connections with astral cords, portal blockages, past life concerns, karma connection, and others) but the emotional grid plane is a good place to start working with common issues such as mood swings, emotional instability, crying for no reason, overwhelming anger, and many others.
There is no right or wrong way to get started on healing your emotional side, but rather it is about taking the first step to get started on healing your emotions and other aspect of your life today!
