We have all dealt with negative situations in our life at some point. It is something that can be very hard to do, let alone try to do this in a positive manner. Today we have some simple and yet effective tips on how to help with this in your every day life!
Tip #1: The first thing you want to do is get your mindset straight for your day. This is something I cannot stress enough. You never know when you are going to come across a negative situation in your day, so you want to start this off on a positive note from the get-go. You have to clear your mind, focus on the fact that you are going to approach everything today in a positive manner and really feel this from within. This will create a major shift for your energy fields and will make handling negative situations much easier in the long run!
Tip #2: Now when you are encountering a negative situation in your day you want to make sure that you really are involved in this or is something or someone trying to get you involved instead. If this is something that someone/thing is trying to get you involved, you can simply excuse yourself from the conversation politely and this allows for you to make a better choice instead of dealing with someone/thing negative energy.
Tip #3: If you are involved in the situation, than we have to approach this a different way. Depending on what the situation is about that you are involved in you have to step back for a moment and not get caught up in the negative emotions or let this overwhelm you. Take a breath, remember how you are focused on having a positive day, re-affirm this to your self and then make a positive choice for your answers and decisions.
Tip #4: You have to also remind yourself that when others are in a negative situation tempers flare and things can be said that generally aren't meant in the heat of the moment. This is when you have to relax and not feed into the negative energy. If you do not accept their negative energy about the situation and than who does the negative energy belong to? You can choose to not accept the negative energy dealing with this issue! You have that right!
Tip #5: Another simple thing you can do is simply put yourself in their shoes. Why are they negative, angry, mad or upset? Was it something that you did? Did the situation get blown out of proportion? Is the person really upset at something else and this just triggered it off and they are now taking all of the negative energy out on you?
Tip #6: Last but certainly not least is to end the situation or conversation on a positive note. This is very important also for the rest of your day. You want to come to some kind of resolution. You may not see eye to eye on everything but if you talk calmly, think with your head and not your heart and emotions you can stay in a positive mindset and work through the issue. Maybe it was a simple misunderstanding or miscommunication. No matter what this is, find a positive ending to the situation so this is resolved and you can go on with the rest of your positive day!

Holidays can always be hectic for many people especially when there is so much foot traffic in and out of the home with just the family doing holiday things plus friends and extended family coming over. This is one main reason we need to take extra care of the home's energy during these few months. Today's blog posting are some friendly, easy and simple energy tips you can use to help balance your home during the holidays! Let's get right into it!
Tip #1: Smudging is one of the best things you can do that is quick, easy and helps dissipate negative energy in a home. This is a very common one however very very effective! You can purchase a sage smudge stick online, at local health food stores and new age spiritual stores as well. You simply light the end and allow for the smoke to start flowing. Walk around your home and move the smoke into all areas paying special attention to corners, doorways and windows as well as these are portals for energy for the home. Extinguish the smudge stick in a bowl of salt to be able to re-use again later. Depending on how much is going on in your home you can do this once a week, twice a month or once a month.
Tip #2: Place a Citrine crystal in each room of your home. This is a good one that many people over look. If you can afford a larger piece of Citrine this helps as well. If not even smaller ones will help and you can even place multiple one's in a room depending on the room's size. Citrine will help remove negative energy from the area and dissipates this on its own, so you do not need to cleanse this crystal.
Tip #3: Sound clearing is a great one to get the energy moving and cleared as well. You can do this with a Tibetan Bowl or Bell for your home. Simply use the same method as the sage smudging and do this with your Tibetan Bowl or Bell for the center of the room, perimeter and doorways/windows for the energy flow. This one can take a bit longer to do however it can help with the energy in each area of your home. This is recommended to do atleast once a week during the holidays.
Tip #4: Another tip that is very simple to do is to work with the energy flow of your home. If you have smudged this and have worked with some other things but something still feels off it can be one of two things. You may have an issue with how the actual energy flow or you could have underlying issues to be cleared on an energetic level. For a flow issue you can check this by simply standing at your front door and visualizing you are a flood wave coming into your home. Where would the water go? Where would it pool? How would it move? Would it get stopped by something large you were not thinking of? You can do this and walk through room to room and make any minor adjustments to the energy flow by simply moving some objects and changing the path.
Tip #5: Energy clearing of the home is a big one to remove all of those other issues you cannot see. It is important to make sure that no negative energy patterns, open portals, blockages or any other issues are here to help with the energy flow of the home. You can have a clearing done on an energetic level to remove so many problems and have the energy free flowing for the entire holiday season and longer!
Tip #6: Cleaning! I know this is not one of my favorite ones either, however this helps keep the energy flowing. Especially during the holidays we always have more foot traffic in the home and we are always trying to clean the areas. However we can sometimes get into a hurry and just stick things in closets or other places we think people won't look. When cleaning take the extra 5 minutes and put the things away where they go so that the space and energy does not get cluttered and stagnant!

Many people have emailed asking how to make abundance objects for their personal use or for their home. There are a variety of one's you can either purchase online or at a metaphysical and new age store or you can make your own. I have below for you the steps on how to do them on your own. Step #1: First decide on the object you would like to make into an abundance object. This can be something personal for you, sentimental or something you just think is very very cool.
Step #2: You want to clear this object of any energy from other people or places or circumstances. You can do this with a sage smudging of the object, a salt water bath, sunlight clearing and even moon light clearing. This will all depend on the type of object you are working with as well.
Step #3: You will now want to claim this object for your own energy fields. Depending on the type of object you are working with depends on how long you may have to do this for. You can simply hold this in-between your hands tightly, close your eyes and focus on the object and making a connection with the energy of this. You can also ask your spirit guides and higher self to help with this as well.
Step #4: You can now charge the object with abundance healing energy and your own personal intention on what abundance means for you. To do this you will need to be attuned to an abundance type of healing energy format. There are many out there today and there is no wrong or right one to work with. If you have already been attuned to Usui Reiki, you can also use this to charge the object, however set your intention for this to pull for abundance energy flow.
Step #5: Now you can carry, wear, etc your object for your own personal abundance energy flow. I would also recommend clearing the object (depending on what this may be) anywhere from once a week to once a month to keep the energies pure and free flowing!

We all deal with some form of stress or anxiety at some point or another. I have put together our top 7 tips here for you today. It is a short blog posting to get right to the point so no fluff and filler here for you today. #1: Black Tourmaline, Hematite, Citrine or other crystals can help remove negative energy from your energy fields. This is a big common cause of stress and anxiety. Everyone's stress and anxiety comes from different issues, but at the root source you can work on removing the negative energy from them!
#2: Lavender and Lemon Essential Oils can do wonders when you are stressed. You can apply them to the bottom of your feet, have them in a diffuser necklace/pendant or even have them going in a room diffuser if you are trying to keep yourself calm throughout the day!

#6: Meditation can help with stress in so many ways. You can focus on visualizing the problem and then creating the solution to this, you can ask your guides and higher self for input and answers and you can also calm down the physical body as well as the mental and emotional aspects too!
#7: Going for a brisk walk! This can help when you are dealing with stress and feeling this turning into anger. This will release pent up energy, calm down your body and also give you a chance to think clearly!

With the holidays fast approaching we all could use some extra healing and energy boosting around this time. Here are some healing tips for the holidays to help in a variety of areas. This is a shorter blog posting to get right to the important info here for you all! Enjoy!
#1: Remember to smudge your home atleast once a month! This is a big one for the holidays with so much going in and out of the home, family, friends, guests and all of the energy that they bring!
#2: Pick up Citrine crystal! This will help to clear your energy fields of negative energy and get your energy balanced quicker than you think!
#3: Use essential oils in a diffuser to help balance out your moods as well as have a wonderful smell in the air. For the holidays try Peppermint Essential Oil or a combination of different ones, as this one can help invigorate, ease tension headaches and put everyone in a holiday mood!
#4: Stay grounded and centered! This is an important one especially during any time of your life, but even more so during the holidays when it comes to shopping, family events, etc etc.

Have you been struggling to lose weight?
Have you done the yo-yo dieting?
Putting weight on and losing it over and over again?
Have you reached plateaus and couldn't seem to make any progress pass this point?
Do you have triggers that cause eating issues or weight issues?
These are all common symptoms many people face with their weight whether they are younger or older, it is a struggle for many people. Losing weight is not just a physical aspect of one's life, as this is also dealing with all of the energetic issues tied into your emotional and mental aspects of your energy fields. This is why many people have trigger points. This may be family issues or emotional issues or anxiety issue or even underlying physical aspects as well. We all have different issues that can keep us in this yo-yo pattern and have a hard time maintaining the weight we would like to be.
This is when you need to look at weight loss as a whole and complete aspect. This is not just about counting calories, eating smaller portions, exercising more and drinking more water. This is a complete aspect you need to see as to what triggers this for you in your life, what may cause these issues and how to remove them here for your emotional, mental or physical aspects of your energy fields and life.
We have helped many clients through healing work for this by working on this issue as a whole approach for them. It is about understanding what each person's issues are, how this affects them and their life and what areas are causing them problems to work on them. We have a few stories to share with you below as well, as both clients have give permission to share their stories. Names have been changed for confidentiality reasons on both of them.
Nora was struggling with weight issues ever since she was a teenager. She was thin as a child, but once puberty hit her body changed. Her parents weren't supportive, rather degrading to her as well about her weight, even though both of them had weight issues as well. Her sister also had weight issues however she ended up with an eating disorder due to all of the stress surrounding this topic. I recommended having an energy scan to start as she had many many trigger points for this in her life. Once we could see what areas were causing these issues Nora decided to have a customized healing done to balance out her energy fields and correct the problem areas. She had a lot of emotional triggers for her eating tied into her physical connections and lower body energy fields. She did this along with a healthy eating plan, exercised moderately, stay hydrated and also incorporated meditation into her life. She checked in every month and let me know how she was doing and the first month she lost almost 18 pounds. The second month she lost 11 pounds, the third month she lost 4 pounds and the fourth month she lost 3 pounds. She reached her ideal goal range and was happy with her pathway for this and has been able to maintain this for 10 months and counting!
Another client who came to us with weight loss issues who we will call Jim had trouble losing weight now that he was older and he felt his metabolism had slowed down. He never seemed to have a problem in his younger years but once mid-life hit he said this was an uphill battle all the time. He wanted to enjoy his life, as he knew he had to change some of his eating habits but he was struggling with this mentally and this brought about emotional issues coming to the surface for him. Jim opted to have individual sessions done instead of an energy scan or customized healing to work through this and see how he felt. He opted to have ones that worked on his trigger points for his mental aspects first and then his emotional aspects. For these he worked on them over the course of 1 month. He said his progress was slow at first however he could see a lot of change in how things opened up for him the further the integration of the healing work. He knew doing the sessions individually took a bit longer but he was ok with this as long as he could improve. Jim said he was making simple choices with his meals, as he did not make huge drastic diet changes but rather simple ones such as not having a roll and butter with dinner but opting for an extra serving of vegetables instead. Along with this he said he walked 3 times a week and drank diet soda as he had a hard time drinking water. In his first month he lost 10 pounds. This for Jim was huge as he would struggle to lose 2-4 pounds and put it back on and then some. He continued to lose a total of an additional 26 pounds and has been able to keep this off and no longer feels that he is struggling with mental choices or emotional triggers.
Weight loss is a comprehensive issue to work on for one's energy fields, as this is not just about limiting your food and living at the gym. This is not the best approach. People do this to get to where they want to be and then what happens? They put it all back on if not even more. This is the yo-yo issue that so many people have been dealing with for such a long time. We have to tackle all aspect of weight loss from the physical body and eating healthy, exercising, hydration as well as any triggers that set this off. Maybe it is emotional ones from growing up? Maybe it is mental aspects of feeling deprived? Everyone's issues are different as are the problems that can be in one's energy fields from them. Major issues within your relationship?
Are you not seeing eye to eye?
Have there been negative words and actions between the two of you?
What about a cycle that occurs within your arguments, communication or situation?
On the verge of not being together? Or worse separated and not talking?
These are all problems that we can help with in relationships, as these are all issues that can be between two people on an energetic level caused by backed up negative energy, severed connection points, leaking/damaged/negative energy cords, cycle pattern energy flow and other energy issues connecting the two of you together.
When two people come together in this lifetime we establish many different connections on an energetic levels. These connections, patterns, cords, etc are what exchange our energy back and forth with each other. With these we can have positive, negative and damaged ones. This all depends on the relationship and what has transpired for the energy flow. These can be repaired and corrected so that the two people can have a positive energy flow between the two of them.
I have seen even some of the worst case scenarios corrected and repaired with energy work for their relationship. Here is an example of one of our clients and their relationship problems. They have given permission to share their story for this posting, as their names have been changed for client confidentiality reasons.
It started with Jane emailing and explaining her situation with John. Jane and John had been in a relationship for over 9 years and this was on and off for the majority of the time. They would be good for a while and then they would have an argument over something of not much importance according to Jane and they would separate for a few months and then come back together. Each time this happened she said this became worse with the arguments. The final time they had split was when she emailed me and said she did not think they would come back together at all as he said he didn't love her any more. She wanted to have options and she what she could do. He wouldn't respond to her texts, emails or phone calls. She didn't know if she should try and move on and remove all of his connections or try and see if this would come back together. I recommended having a relationship energy scan to see what was going on first before she decided to make any decisions about the relationship.
She had this done and we went through the scan session and I explained all of the areas, which ones were damaged, what each one was showing, how far this had gone on an energetic level and gave her some options. She decided to try one more time to have the relationship work. She knew she could not change John's freewill, however she wanted atleast the energy between the two of them to be as positive as it could be. After we had completed the customized healing and worked on all of the problem areas for their connections, cordings, and removing cycle patterns and repaired all issues here Jane said she felt better about the whole situation. It was two weeks later that I had heard back from her and Jane said that John had called her out of the blue and wanted to get together and talk. Jane and John ended up coming back together for their relationship and to this day they have been married for 5 years.
Another client I also worked on was dealing with a major relationship issue. They have also given permission to share their story and their names have also been changed for client confidentiality reasons. This relationship was working with Bob and Anne. Anne contacted me asking about relationship work and explained her situation. She decided to have a relationship cord clearing session done first and see how she liked the healing work. After this session she said she felt better and wanted to check into everything between her and Bob. She ordered the relationship energy scan and we did this within a few days. After the scan session I sent her report and we spoke about different options based on what was going on within all of their problem areas. She asked repeatedly how did I know that there were cycle patterns dealing with family issues here for them. Anne did not tell me prior to this that the reason they were not together was due to their families not approving. I explained how the cycle pattern was moving through their open connections and the energy within this can be read for the issues here.
Anne decided to have the customized healing work done for her and Bob. At the point when she decided this they had not spoke in over 9 months due to the main issue here. She was expecting a miracle and I explained how energy can change things but not always in the time frame that we would like, as this all depends on how quickly the integration moves for each person. She wanted to try anything she could so we did all of Bob and Anne's customized healing in a few days. Within a week she reported improvement in her family's attitude towards Bob had shifted. Anne said within a few months Bob had started talking with her again and within 6 months they were going on their first date after they had started talking again. To this day Bob and Anne have been happily married here for 9 years!
For working on relationships it is all about the connections between the two people, what problem areas are here or are getting worse, what issues need to be corrected, etc. This is something that can be done on an energetic level to repair all of those negative energy areas and get open and positive free flowing energy moving for you and the other person. We all know when something is bothering us or we have an area to work on in our life, but sometimes we don't know how to approach it. This is a common thing for many of our clients when they don't know where to start. I have put together a blog posting here for everyone with some healing questions to ask yourself to get you started. These will help you find some of the deep root causes of issues, where to start looking and how to approach things for your healing work. * Can I move forward from this at this current moment or do I need other deeper healing done?
With these questions they can help you define the issue(s) you are dealing with, what may be the root cause of the issue and how to approach this. If you can answer the questions these can help also identify the areas of one's energy fields that may be holding onto releasements or other issues tied into this problem/situation. This is an interesting blog post I am writing for you here today. It is all about when should you listen to your gut feelings. Many people email and ask me when they should listen to this or not, or they have a feeling about something but they don't know if it is true or not as they don't want people to think they are crazy. So I wanted to take some time here to explain this here for you a bit so I can reach more people than just the one's who do email, as I know this is a big question many have.
When you are having deep seated feelings in your gut, this is your higher self and intuition kicking in and making you take notice. You have a feeling for a reason and you should listen to this. If you feel you shouldn't be going to that store, or listening to a particular person or have a feeling about going on a specific trip or whatever it is, you need to listen. All of your energy patterns are connected together for your energy fields in major and minor connections and all of this is flowing constantly. When you have this here there is something that is trying to get you to pay attention. Is it your higher self? Is it your intuition? Is it your guides? Honestly it can be all of the above or a combination of them.
You have these for some reason. You are not going crazy. Everyone can sense things on some level, it just depends on where you are at on your own spiritual and developmental journey in life. If you have a reason to believe somethingis not positive or it is something you should not do, you need to listen to this feeling, not brush it off. Maybe it is about taking your car to a specific shop and you have a feeling they are not a good one but you take it there anyways. You don't listen to yourself and say I am overthinking it. Then come to find out you pick up your car and it still has the same problems. Or maybe it is you don't feel like going to the store and you have a pit in your stomach about it but you convince yourself to do it anyways. You go and end up running into an ex-friend or co-worker and they catch you in a very negative conversation that drains on your energy and you feel as if they just dumped a ton of negativity on you.
These are all examples I have heard over and over again in many emails when people contact me for advise and I tell them the same thing I am telling everyone here in this blog posting. Listen to yourself! You have these feelings for a reason. You can see that something is not right when it comes to what you need to do and you need to listen to yourself. The same thing also goes for all of the positive and powerful feelings you feel too. It is not just the negative feelings but the positive ones too! Maybe you have a great feeling about getting a promotion at work and you feel this over and over again so you put in the extra effort and time and later that month your boss announces you got that promotion.
Your feelings are real and true and you need to listen to them and believe in what you are feeling! Remember we are responsible for all of our own actions in this lifetime, so be responsible for the things you choose to do or not do!

We all have issues from time to time dealing with fear, as we are human. I am not going to go into a ton of explanations here for you on it as I know you are busy scrolling and just want to get to the meat and potatoes of the information to get started. Just remember when working on fear issues, as with other healing work, it is about finding what resonates for you and your energy fields as well as how deep the fear issue is. So with no further delay here are the top 7 tips for releasing fear.
#1: Black Tourmaline crystal can help with shifting your energy and fear issues. This has the ability to cleanse your energy for fear releasement. You can simply have this on your body, pocket, necklace, etc.
#2: Affirmations are great to work with the releasement. You want them in a positive format. Instead of saying "I am not afraid of flying (or whatever your fear is)", you want to shift this to "I feel safe and secure every time I fly (or whatever the fear is)".
#3: Bach Flower Remedies help with calming and easing the fear and anxiety issues causing them for your physical body, emotions and mental shifts. Great one's to have on hand are Mimulus, Aspen or Red Chestnut.
#4: Visualization helps when you are in the middle of a major fear. Close your eyes, see the current situation you are in a mirror in front of you, now wipe the mirror clean and see the positive outcome you want from this. Next time the fear creeps back in do the exercise again, however, only focus on the positive outcome from that time on.
#5: Take time for yourself to clear your head. Write down all of the issues you are dealing with for the fear on a piece of paper and then make a new list of all of the positives you can find in the situation and see how this creates a mental shift.
#6: Ask your angels, spirit guides and God/Divine Spirit/Universe for assistance in the fear problem you are facing. Sometimes we forgot to do the simplest things, such as ask for help!
#7: Clearing out your old programming patterns from your energy fields holding onto the fears releases all of the old energy and lower vibrational patterns here holding onto them.
It is all about not living in the fear of what is going on for the moment. It is something that comes into your life and things happen. Everyone has these issues as everything does come up in, no matter who you are, as life happens. Its how we deal with these issues that determines the outcomes and how we move forward. You want to shift your way of thinking and feeling about this and bring about a positive solution and outcome and move forward. Each time you work through an issue the next one will be much much easier!
