When working with crystals and so many choices out there at the holistic stores and online, it can be confusing, if not frustrating when you are not sure which one to pick up or how to use them. You can find quite a few books online with them saying about 15 stones are great for love issues, but how do you know which one to use and use it effectively, especially if you are new to this type of work or just work with crystal healing on and off from time to time.

This is why I wrote my new book Practical Crystal Healing 555 Tips & Techniques so it takes the guess work out of crystal healing and enables the average person with information that they can use to heal their life on their own and in a quick and effective way.

Now, with crystal healing, we have to remember it is the crystal that is doing the work for us and with our guidance, so we have to make sure we select the appropriate crystal for not only the issue we want to tackle but also the one that is in a vibrational match with our own energy fields. So to start make sure you pick out the crystal that is calling to you “Take me home!” and cleanse and program this as well.

My top crystal for love issues is always starting with self-love. If you do not love yourself, then how can you expect others to love you or how can you expect to fully love others. So tackle the self-love area first and foremost. Once you have this one down successfully, move onto another area of love.

For self-love issues, make sure you have a Rose Quartz worn as close as you can to your heart chakra for as long as you need. To give an extra boost, charge a warm bath with your Rose Quartz you have been wearing for 20 minutes and take a nice bath. Remember to cleanse your crystal for this issue at least once a week.
